Administrative Set-up

With the inevitable focus on customer satisfaction through prompt service and decision conveyance , The Bank has adopted a flat administrative structure. Except 19 branches all the other 58 branches report directly to Head Office. A group of 19 branches which mostly include branches at metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad & New Delhi report through Asst. General Manager, Mumbai. With customer interests in mind, the chain of command is kept to the minimum.
