5. 5% Margin for loans above Rs. 4 Lakhs.
6. No Security up to Rs. 4 Lakhs
7. Interest rate as per PLR for loan up to Rs. 4 Lakhs and PLR +1% for loans     above Rs. 4 Lakhs.
8. Repayment Period 7 years.
9. No processing charges.
