Job Description
- Responsible for all new assets, insurance, pension & investment products that will be launched for non agri customers under financial inclusion.
- Managing all the Business Correspondent Relationships for financial inclusion business of the bank.
- Managing the products and the product team for financial inclusion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have worked at a regional head / business head in MFI.
- Experience in both Banking and MFI sector.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Cluster Head
- Overall responsibility of achieving given targets to the cluster as well as to the individual branches under his command.
- Monitoring, management of NPAs & Overdue accounts.
- Drive income from cross selling like Insurance & Other Financial Services.
- Branches to ensure good ratings in their audit.
- Ensure prompt submission of cluster level M.I.S.
- To conduct customer meets & campaigns at regular intervals for business development.
- To conduct Venue Marketing, Road Shows etc. at Urban / Semi-Urban branches during campaign periods.
- Review and enhance (profitability of the cluster). Periodic visit to branches for guidance, support for excellence.

Business Development Officer / Loan Officer
- Backup to the Cluster Head.
- Credit analysis.
- Growth and maintenance of asset quality.

Branch Manager
- Overall responsibility of achieving given targets to the branch.

Branch Operations Manager
- Responsible for internal control, systems & processes of the branch.
- Customer service.
- Submission of data to H.O. at regular intervals.
- Compliance & administration of the branch & coordinate with the Branch Manager in smooth functioning of the branch.
- Ensure data integrity of the accounts at the branch.
- Other Responsibilities: - Billing, Service Charges, Processing Charges, Insurance Coverage, Verification of Day End Reports, Exception Reports, Cash Verification, Cash Management, System Functioning, Premises up keep, etc.
- To support CSR with resources.

Customer Service Representative
- Origination of loan proposal, due diligence, formation of JLG & recovery of loans & follow-up of OD.
- Mobilization of business through new accounts (NTBS).
- Reach given targets under assets as well as liabilities.
- Loan documentation with the help of branch staff.
- Coordinate with Manager and Staff for betterment of business & account relationships.
- Customer / Unit visits at the given intervals.
